Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and well-decorated, but some felt a bit old. On the bright side, I got an upgrade to a suite, which was fantastic! However, the price seemed a bit high for what was offered.
The hotel offers a nice online look in the rooms, which were still fine for my needs as a person with special restroom requirements and wheelchair access. The connecting door to neighbors could be a drawback, but overall the stay was comfortable.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were halfway done and felt somewhat like an apartment, they were not super clean and had a bit of a musty odor, giving a sense of being outdated and old. The service was a bit of a letdown with staff seemingly lacking motivation, particularly in their 'all-inclusive' offerings. However, they were friendly and accommodating when needed. The location, while not ideal for travelers from other countries due to various issues like unenthusiastic staff and hygiene concerns, was excellent in terms of proximity to the city yet offered a quiet ambiance. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
